WHAT IS THE COST TO RENT? Shorty’s Place is available for rent year-round, accommodating 7 guests at a rate of $249 per night/night with a minimum 2-night stay. Rate includes cleaning charges and taxes.

HOW MANY GUESTS CAN YOU ACCOMMODATE? Shorty’s Place can accommodate up to 7 guests. There are 2 bedrooms upstairs. The first bedroom has a queen bed. The second bedroom has a double bed and a twin bed. The living room located on the main floor has a futon which folds down to accommodate 2 more adults.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY? There is a 50% charge for cancellation with at least 7 days notice, 100% charge if cancellation is within 7 days of check-in.
WHAT TIME IS CHECK IN/CHECK OUT? You can check-In anytime after 4:00 pm and check out before 11:00 am
PLEASE TAKE NOTE OF THE FOLLOWING HOUSE RULES
- No pets are permitted
- No parties or events are allowed
- Commercial photography is allowed
- No smoking inside is permitted
- Quiet hours are between 7:00 am and 11:00 pm
- No illegal activity
- For stays that include Thursday, we ask that you kindly put garbage out by the street
- When departing please leave sheets and towels on the floor
- The back balcony and barbecue area are for guests in the main house
